INB Homes is a spec builder operating in Palm Bay with a straightforward philosophy: build homes the way they should be built. Founded in 2019, this boutique local builder focuses on baseline quality — no carpet anywhere, plank tile throughout, quartz countertops in both kitchen and bathrooms (a detail you won't find in DR Horton's standard specs), and kitchens actually designed for cooking.
In the same style as Carharp, INB is a boutique local builder alternative to the regional builders. The light situation is also worth mentioning. These homes feel open and airy without going full glass-box modernist, which in a Florida summer is more thoughtful than it sounds.
Where INB makes its tradeoffs, they're honest about it. Closet space runs a little lean — this isn't a house for people who've been quietly accumulating since 2008. The logic is sound, though: the square footage goes into the rooms you actually live in. Most buyers who've spent time in an Adams Homes or a comparable production build will immediately feel the difference in finish quality when they walk through an INB home.
