• Vera and Hawke — internal AI assistant tools used by William and Jennifer Whipple to draft communications, organize information, and improve response times. These tools are not client-facing.
• Automated follow-up — AI may assist in drafting initial follow-up messages. Any substantive advice is reviewed and delivered by a licensed agent.

AI-generated content may contain errors. Property details including pricing, availability, and timelines should always be verified with a licensed agent. For any decision of consequence, a real person — William or Lucky — is always available and will always confirm the details with you directly.
